湖南永兴人，博士，教授，入选2018年青海省“高端创新人才千人计划”，青海大学高性能计算与云计算研究所所长。

2016年12月毕业于武汉大学计算机学院，获计算机系统结构博士学位。2018年1月到青海大学计算机系从事计算机专业的教学与研究工作。参加工作以来，主要教授计算机专业课程，已主持完成2项省级教学研究项目，并长期从事网络通信与安全、信息安全、物联网及产业信息化等方面的学术研究。

学术研究方面：

项 目：主持或参与的国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、国家863计划、省科技厅、省教育厅项目等10余项。

论 文：近5年发表SCI源刊论文15篇，国内权威期刊论文（通信学报、计算机学报等）6篇，国际会议论文3篇。

学术兼职：中国密码数学挑战赛竞赛委员会委员，CCF第十二届会员代表；中国计算机学会会员，密码学会会员。担任IET Information Security、Information Sciences、IEEE ACCESS、Security and Communication Networks以及计算机学报、通信学报等期刊的审稿人。
